Freshness Policy
Freshness is the key to flavor and potency. Our tea containers include Best By dates, and we guarantee
freshness for at least 12 months past the date noted on the bottom if unopened. If any teas your stores carry
get close to the freshness date marked on the package, we will accept return with no charge, and we'll replace it with newer tea.
Container Reuse Policy
Recycling containers saves our customers money and helps reduce the environmental impact of packaging.
We reuse containers that are in good condition (using new inside packages). Reused containers
are hand-inspected and noted with a new Best By date on the bottom.

Our unconditional money-back guarantee applies to every store and onlinesale; all teas are guaranteed to delight and guaranteed fresh.
