New Tea Book Offers an Introduction to Chinese Teas

Grover Beach, CA-- A new tea book published by the Chinese-American Tea Association (CATA) highlights the beauty of gourmet teas and provides insight into the growing, processing and serving of high-end teas.
A collaborative effort between CATA, the Chinese farm co-ops and Dragon Pearl Tea, the book will be available for sale on Amazon.com. It provides an overview of the different methods used to make different teas, including green, white, oolong, black, and pu'er teas.
"The book shows more than just tea," said Dragon Pearl partner and editor Dave Dahl. "It attempts to show moments in tea, the beauty, the culture, and the soul of tea." The book will retail for $12.95 USD.
Dragon Pearl Tea is a California-based company that imports fresh whole teas leaves from exclusive organic farm co-ops in the mountains of Fujian, China. More information is available at dragonpearltea.com.
